Full Management
We will take care of all management of the property, allowing you to generate income from the property with almost zero involvement. We advertise for a suitable tenant, deal with all the required referencing and legal agreements, maintain the property and collect the rent. At the end of the tenancy we conclude the formal arrangements and can help find new tenants.
Price: £125 set-up fee + only 8% of monthly rent

- Attend immediately to maintenance & repairs up to an agreed sum

- Arrange for payment of any utility or service charges on your behalf
- Perform checkout inspection and act on your behalf regarding the deposit
