Let & Rent Collection
This service includes all the benefits of our let only package, but in addition we will collect the rent for you and pay it into your bank account promptly each month. With this service you will derive a regular income from your property without needing to spend time collecting rents yourself.
Price: £199 set-up fee + only 6% of monthly rent
