Tenant terms:
We do not believe in charging unfair fees to tenants. Our fee structure has been designed with you in mind.We require a £199 non refundable reservation deposit that secures the property for ten days. This sum will later form part of your security deposit. Pay Admin fees £75 for first tenant £40 for each subsequent tenant. Before you move into the property we will require a security deposit normally equal to one month’s rent and your first months rent in advance in cleared funds.

Your deposit will be registered with a government approved protection scheme which safeguards the money and provides for resolution to any dispute.WE DO NOT CHARGE VAT ON ANY OF OUR FEES, SAVING YOU 17.5%
